27 Week Bump
How far along: 27 weeks!
Gender: A sweet, little girl!
Weight gain: Hopefully only another pound or two since last week.
Symptoms: I now have the Linea Nigra. It's faint but visible. I have also had more congestion this week. And bathroom breaks are way more frequent than ever before.
Belly button in or out: I thought it was out before, but it just keeps getting bigger. haha
Sleep: Well since I was on vacation this week, my sleep schedule has been a little off. Some nights it's been harder for me to fall asleep. We got home yesterday and both Robby and I woke up at 3 AM. We watched a little TV then went back to bed.
Best moment this week: The whole week was pretty great. I think one of the best moments was hearing my nephew say Baby B's name. I thought it was the absolute cutest thing ever. Also, having my grandma see and feel the belly. She was so active the whole vacation, so almost everyone was able to feel her move.
Worst moment this week: Being in the car for over 9 hours. I can't complain too much though because Robby did 95% of the driving. I am so lucky to have him.
Miss anything: Being able to walk for an extended period of time. We did a lot of walking this week, but I couldn't keep up with everyone. I;m sure part of it was the fact that I was wearing the most unsupportive flip flops, but when your feet swell you don't have much choice.
Movement: I can now feel her hiccups at least once a day. She was also doing this weird vibrating thing that really worried me, but I found it's pretty common and most likely the baby stretching.
Cravings: I'm still not having many cravings. But chicken wings and waffles have been on my mind.
Looking forward to: My baby shower next month. I'm ready to celebrate this little girl and start stocking up on some baby things. I'm trying not to buy anything until after the shower, and it's really hard resisting.
